Teriyaki Chicken Wings
These have been a favorite at our outdoor cookouts. There’s never leftovers!
Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 large Costco bag of chicken wings separate at joins and remove points
Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 1/4 cups soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sake
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Boil chicken wings in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes.
- Remove chicken wings from pan; reserve in a bowl.
- Reduce teriyaki sauce to thicken on medium heat.
- Add wings, toss and place under broiler turning once until lightly browned.
