Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Costco bag of chicken wings
separate at joins and remove points
Teriyaki Sauce
2 1/4
cups
soy sauce
3
tablespoons
sake
1 1/2
cups
sugar
3
teaspoons
ginger, grated
3
cloves
garlic
Instructions
Boil chicken wings in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken wings from pan; reserve in a bowl.
Reduce teriyaki sauce to thicken on medium heat.
Add wings, toss and place under broiler turning once until lightly browned.
