Ingredients

  • 8 mini bell peppers
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Half and seed peppers.
  • Mix cream cheese, chili flakes, cayenne and salt.
  • Fill peppers with cream cheese mixture and place in an oven safe pan.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes.
