Stuffed Mini Peppers
Ingredients

bell peppers

cream cheese

tablespoon
chili flakes

teaspoon
cayenne pepper

pinch
salt
to taste

cheddar cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Half and seed peppers.
Mix cream cheese, chili flakes, cayenne and salt.
Fill peppers with cream cheese mixture and place in an oven safe pan.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes.
