Easy Lemon Sorbet
This recipe is super easy and makes a light dessert for after a meal or just anytime. I use a Cuisinart ice cream maker with a freezer bowl, but may want to upgrade to an automatic model in the near future.
Easy Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Instructions
- Combine water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil until sugar is fully dissolved, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add lemon and rind. Cool in the fridge.
- Add to ice cream maker and process per machine's instructions.
