Easy Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Instructions

  • Combine water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil until sugar is fully dissolved, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add lemon and rind. Cool in the fridge.
  • Add to ice cream maker and process per machine's instructions.
