Easy Lemon Sorbet
Ingredients

cups
water
1.5
cups
sugar
1
cup
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1
teaspoon
grated lemon rind
Instructions
Combine water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil until sugar is fully dissolved, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lemon and rind. Cool in the fridge.
Add to ice cream maker and process per machine's instructions.
