Cream Horseradish Sauce
This makes a great spicy horseradish sauce that is thinner in consistency than the steakhouse style creamy version. This is perfect if you want to drizzle over meat or vegetables, etc.
Cream Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons pickled horseradish or store bought (not creamed)
- 1 tablespoon creole mustard or dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the cream.
- Mix ingredients well and then drizzle cream in bowl while whisking to combine.
- Cover and let refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
