Cream Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons pickled horseradish or store bought (not creamed)
  • 1 tablespoon creole mustard or dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the cream.
  • Mix ingredients well and then drizzle cream in bowl while whisking to combine.
  • Cover and let refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
