Cream Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients

pickled horseradish
or store bought (not creamed)

tablespoon
creole mustard or dijon mustard

tablespoons
white wine vinegar
1/4

freshly ground pepper

teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1/8
teaspoon
sugar
1/2
cup
heavy cream
Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the cream.
Mix ingredients well and then drizzle cream in bowl while whisking to combine.
Cover and let refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
