I love this sauce served on the side with steak, but it’s also great as a cooked coating over potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic roughly chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 medium jalapeños seeded and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or a little less depending on desired thickness

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor (except olive oil). While blending, drizzle oil in slowly. Blend until smooth.
  • Store in the fridge for up two weeks.
