- 1.5 pound flank steak
- olive oil
- taco seasoning
Instructions
- Drizzle flank steak with olive oil and rub generously with taco seasoning.
- Heat grill to high. Grill steak until cooked to your liking.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Cut steak across the grain in thin slices.
