Grilled Mexican Flank Steak

This is an easy flank steak recipe that we typically cook for tacos, fajitas and quesadillas.

Instructions

  • Drizzle flank steak with olive oil and rub generously with taco seasoning.
  • Heat grill to high. Grill steak until cooked to your liking.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
  • Cut steak across the grain in thin slices.
