Grilled Mexican Flank Steak
This is an easy flank steak recipe that we typically cook for tacos, fajitas and quesadillas.
Drizzle flank steak with olive oil and rub generously with taco seasoning.
Heat grill to high. Grill steak until cooked to your liking.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
Cut steak across the grain in thin slices.
