Stuffed Mini Peppers
These spicy little peppers are a great appetizer or a side to add some zest to your main dish. I mix up the pepper colors for variety.
Stuffed Mini Peppers
Ingredients
- 8 mini bell peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Half and seed peppers.
- Mix cream cheese, chili flakes, cayenne and salt.
- Fill peppers with cream cheese mixture and place in an oven safe pan.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes.
