Ingredients

  • 1 large Costco bag of chicken wings separate at joins and remove points

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 2 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sake
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

  • Boil chicken wings in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes.
  • Remove chicken wings from pan; reserve in a bowl.
  • Reduce teriyaki sauce to thicken on medium heat.
  • Add wings, toss and place under broiler turning once until lightly browned.
