In addition to seasoning hamburger for tacos, we also use as a rub on skirt steak when making carne asada.

- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 3 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a jar and shake.
