Creamy Horseradish Sauce
We serve horseradish sauce with all beef roasts and steaks, just can’t go wrong in my book. If you prefer your sauce a bit spicier, add an additional tablespoon of the pickled horseradish.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup pickled horseradish
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon apple cider
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- chives chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a serving bowl and place in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving. Sprinkle with chives before serving if desired.
