Pra Ram (Swimming Rama)
This is one of my Mom’s favorite Thai dishes and many Thai restaurants do not serve so,
of course, I had to give it a try. My son even likes spinach now, thanks to the Thai peanut
sauce!
Pra Ram (Swimming Rama)
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 chicken breast sliced thin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 8 cups spinach
- 2 cups Thai Peanut Sauce
Instructions
- In a large skillet on medium-high heat add oil to the pan. Add chicken and season with salt and pepper until cooked through.
- Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
- Add about one vup of the Thai peanut sauce until lightly coated.
- Serve over white rice. Serve additional Thai peanut sauce on the side in case anyone wants more sauce.
