Creamy Horseradish Sauce

We serve horseradish sauce with all beef roasts and steaks, just can’t go wrong in my book. If you prefer your sauce a bit spicier, add an additional tablespoon of the pickled horseradish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup pickled horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • chives chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a serving bowl and place in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving. Sprinkle with chives before serving if desired.
