Pizza Dough
Pizza Dough
The kids love pizza, so we often have pizza nights. The dough is so easy to make and I usually have all ingredients on hand.

- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 3.25 cups bread or all-purpose flour I like King Arthur flours

Instructions
- Gently whisk yeast and warm water together. Set aside until it poofs.
- Mix flour, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook. Add the 2 tablespoons olive oil and yeast water. Mix on lowest speed for 4 minutes. If the dough does not come together within 2 minutes add water 1 tablespoon at a time until it does.
- Remove dough and knead briefly by hand. Lightly coat a bowl or freezer bag with olive oil, place dough inside and let rest for 15 minutes. Remove dough and form into 2 balls and place in two separate containers. Allow at least 2 hours to rise, when done rising seal bags and refrigerate for up to 2 days or freeze for 3 months.
