Piña Colada
There’s no better way to cool off on a hot summer day than by drinking Piña Coladas! I have the Margaritaville Frozen Concoction maker, which we bring out as soon as summer rolls around. We use a Breville juice extractor, which we love and use often, to process the fresh pineapple juice.
To make pineapple cups for serving, core pineapples with a pineapple corer. Once the pineapple is cored out, I use a small knife to cut out the center stem. Add an ornamental umbrella, maraschino cherry and straw and you’re set to enjoy the summer fun.
Piña Colada
Fresh squeezed pineapple juice and coconut milk blended with rum and ice will make you feel like you're in the tropics.
