Korean Hot Sauce
Ingredients

toasted sesame oil

garlic minced in garlic press

fresh ginger
grated with a zester

light brown sugar

gochujang

tablespoons
soy sauce
Instructions
In a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup (or small microwave safe mixing bowl) add the sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Cook in the microwave for 30-60 seconds, until fragrant and bubbling. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve or add to recipe.
