Ingredients

Instructions
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl; stir with a whisk.
Place sugar and butter in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended (about 2-3 minutes).
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Add banana, yogurt, and vanilla to the mixture; beat until blended.
Add flour mixture; beat at low speed just until blended.
Spoon batter into an 8.5 x 4.5-inch loaf pan lightly coated with vegetable oil.
Bake at 350° on the center rack for 1 hour or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes in pan on a wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
