Tartar Sauce
Ingredients

cup
mayonnaise

tablespoons
dill relish or diced dill pickles with a little of the pickle juice
2
green onions
finely chopped (whites and some of the green)

tablespoon
capers
rinsed and finely chopped
1
tablespoon
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1
teaspoon
dijon mustard
1/2
teaspoon
freshly ground pepper
1/2
teaspoon
fresh dill
finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.
I like to use fresh dill if I have on hand, but this sauce is great without as well.
