Pepper Relish
Ingredients

Seeded and diced peppers
assortment

yellow onion
diced

cup
apple cider vinegar
3
cloves
garlic
diced
3/4
cup
sugar

teaspoons
yellow mustard seed
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan.
Over medium-high heat, bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the pepper mixture to canning jars and refrigerate.
