Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients

napa cabbage, thinly sliced

red bell pepper, julienned

yellow bell pepper, julienned

green onions, sliced

English cucumber, halved and sliced

Chinese barbeque pork, julienned
1
boneless skinless chicken breast, boiled and shredded
Dressing
4
tablespoons
sugar
2
teaspoons
salt
1
teaspoon
pepper
1/2
cup
peanut oil
2
tablespoons
sesame oil
4
tablespoons
white wine vinegar
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all salad and toss.
Add dressing and toss well.
Top with sesame seeds and cilantro leaves (optional).
Keep dressing on the side if not consumed immediately.
