Fajita Fiesta Night

We love fajita fiesta nights. The kids prefer taco shells, so we serve both tortillas and taco shells. We typically serve flank steak, heated beans, shredded cheese, avocado slices, sour cream, grilled sweet peppers and onions, grilled jalapenos, pickled onions and several salsas.
